Our client is specialist player in wind power, active in all phases of the project lifecycle from development through to operation. With more than 400 MW currently in development they are now looking for an experienced Integrated Solutions Manager EMEA to join their team in Paris paying between €70,000-€80,000 p/a + bonus + package depending on experience. You will work closely with the Business Development & Project Management teams to coordinate all technical work packages across the full EPC wind farm, responsible for the delivery of the whole technical project solution.

Integrated Solutions Manager EMEA duties and responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing all technical aspects for customer projects along the project life cycle until handover to client and O&M
* Work closely with business development teams by planning and delivering wind farm solutions which meet & exceed customer, banks, authority and grid operator needs with lowest LCOE
* Responsible for clarification, preparation and negotiation of all technical aspects of EPC and TSA offers and contracts with clients, jointly supported by subject matter experts
* Lead and coordinate deliverables from expert roles Wind Resource Assessment, Electrical BOP
Engineering, Grid Connection, SCADA and Civil BOP Engineering
* Define external work packages, soliciting and evaluating offers and awarding with procurement
* Run technical due diligence for wind farms or portfolios to translate technical market and customer requirements into winning project solutions
* Responsible for negotiation of all technical aspects with suppliers, supported by subject experts

Integrated Solutions Manager EMEA desired experience:
* University level degree in Engineering (ideally Electrical)
* At least 5 years of related working experience in technical bid and/or installation management within the field of engineering
* Experience in international wind farm projects on developer, OEM or consultant side
* Strong commercial awareness and demonstrable track record of success in a technical engineering role
* Excellent French and English skills essential, Spanish or European languages are of great advantage
* Some travel is required, mostly within EMEA
