Maintenance - Team Lead

Spencer Ogden are supporting a leading manufacturer of Heavy Steel Structures, for the Offshore Industry.

We are on the look to hire a Maintenance Team Leader to assist in leading the planned and unplanned repairs of a busy fabrication yard in the Netherlands.

Requirements are as follows:

• Experience in Maintenance of Equipment (Production/Fabrication/Cranes)
• Must have a technical education (HBO/MBO etc)
• Experience leading team of technicians
• Dutch Language Capabilities
• Familiar with PLC Technology, Variable Speed drives and Process Monitoring
